This is safer for your tool holders and no damages ensure a precise processing of the parts you have to manufacture.
As the adapter is rotatable, you can turn your tool at any time within seconds to the desired position. This enables ergonomic and healthy working conditions.

EASYZERO ZERO POINT SYSTEM
Minimizing set-up times has never been that easy
The EasyZero zero point clamping system is the perfect solution for those who want to minimize their set-up times. And it’s super easy to do manually, without any annoying cables and pneumatic hoses.
The EasyZero zero point system is built to last, is easy to use and can be used with standard clamping devices. Thanks to a repeatability of < 0.005 mm, it achieves precise results. In addition, the zero point system clamps with up to 50 tons of clamping force. Wide and solid contact or clamping surfaces bring stability and reduce vibrations. With the help of a probing hole, the user determines the center point of the zero point system super-quickly and easily – and all at a fair price.
A special safety lock guarantees process reliability and safe working. Because a low crash risk minimizes the risk of injury and prevents damage to the workpiece, tool and machine. The best is: inserting of the adapter plates has been optimized. Canting has been minimized so that annoying jiggling during insersting belongs to the past.
Basic systems are available with one, two or four clamping pots, adapter plates are also with one, two or four clamping points available.
Each of the three bolts has a different purpose:
Positioning stud: responsible for highly precise positioning.
Orienting stud: responsible for exact orienting to the axis.
Clamping stud: with undersize simply useful for safe clamping.

Quick setting that’s what characterizes our clamping bolts:move each single bolt without clamping screw into the slide block of the machine table and position the bolt by hand as a stopper at the workpiece. Tighten the clamping bolt and it automatically helps you to position the workpiece.
Flexible for diverse workpiece shapes: no matter if round, oval, quadratical or even pentagonal – with the help of the clamping bolts, you can clamp all forms.
Safely fixed: the clamping screws are added from above. They clamp the workpiece powerfully and securely. A soft exchangeable brass ring avoids damages or scratches at the workpiece.
Drill-through: here is not much disturbing space under the workpiece – no clamping jaws, no base, nothing is disturbing when you drill-through your workpiece with diverse divisions of pitch circles.
The small disturbing contour enables multi-purpose machining even at places which you normally hardly reach.
